Pathways to Employment

The Pathways to Employment in Biotech is a new University of Toronto initiative, funded by the Government of Ontario. This Program is training Internationally Educated Professionals in the Life Sciences to provide them with the soft skills required for roles in the Canadian biotech and bio-pharmaceutical sector.

We will be matching each of the participants with experienced mentors from industry. Our first Mentor Program will begin in March and run until June. We ask the mentors to meet with the proteges once per month, in person, during this time.

There will be a Networking Orientation session for all of the mentors in early March where mentors will have the opportunity to network amongst themselves and will also receive training and support in the role as a mentor.
