ROLE:

Our client is a global leader in many areas of Healthcare, and is searching for a Sales Training Advisor to join their Sales Development team. Residing in Toronto, with an Ontario to BC region, we are seeking an experienced, effective Sales Professional who wants to use their 8-10 + years of healthcare sales success to now coach and mentor a sales team comprised of Instrument, Reagent, and Kits Account Managers and Specialists. You will matrix with Regional Managers and coach sales managers in the clinical diagnostic and research markets. The successful candidate has an opportunity to join one of Canada’s leading healthcare product suppliers with solid career growth potential. REQUIREMENTS:
A university degree and a minimum of 5 years proven direct sales experience and success, ideally in Healthcare, with experience in selling Instrumentation, and Capital Equipment. Sales Training experience would be a strong asset. Please note that only applicants possessing both the mandatory Requirements and Education as noted will be considered.

A minimum Bachelors level degree.
